In Town Condo

This ski villa is a split level, 2 bedrooms plus loft, 2 bathrooms. Sherwin Villas complex is located on the corner of Meridian and Old Mammoth Road in the heart of town. From here you can walk to the grocery store, movie theaters and over 20 restaurants and the bowling alley. Little Eagle Lodge is down the street on Meridian and the green line stops on Meridian so once you park your car, you never have to use it. Sherwin Villas has 2 spas, a seasonal pool and laundry facilities. Parking is outside for 2 cars. This unit is clean, stocked with linens and towels and ready to go. It will sleep 7-8 people.

The first level of this 3 level townhome has the living room, dining room, a full kitchen with newer appliances, microwave, stove, coffee maker, 2 TVs, (newer flatscreen has been added, but not seen here) VCR, DVD player, stereo with a cd player, free wireless internet access and a phone. The living room is cozy with a fireplace, and has a queen sofa sleeper. There is a full bathroom on this floor. Downstairs, both bedrooms are done in a southwestern theme with queen size beds. There is a shared full bath. One bedroom leads to an outside deck that overlooks the courtyard. From the living room, going up, is the loft which also has a queen size bed. There is a small sink and mirror in the loft for a quick wash up. This unit sleeps up to 8 people. It is a non smoking unit. The complex has a no pets policy.

All utilities, snow removal, are included except electricity. Tenant’s responsibility will be the electric bill.
