Eagle Run Rentals, Ski In Out at Mammoth Mountain
Set at the base of Little Eagle, the 3rd lodge at Mammoth Mountain resort are the Eagle Run condos. Siting on the snow, just behind Juniper Springs Lodge, you can ski in out to the front doors or entrances of these Mammoth Mountain rentals. The property is composed of both condos and townhomes and both are equally nice, considered a premiere property and offer amenities to make your vacation very nice. Did we mention the gorgeous views of either the resort or the town and Sherwin Mountains? Breathtaking either way!
The Little Eagle resort area is composed of chair 15 also called "Eagle Express" a beginner chair lift and you can see the townhomes from the chair when you ride. The lift takes you mid mountain and makes for easy access to many other chairs and areas on the mountain. With one run you're at Canyon Lodge, with one run you're over to "Cloud Nine Express" for the advanced runs or you can turn around ski right back down on both easy and intermediate runs. Also part of this area is the base lodge which has food service, a ski store to pick up missing or needed gear; you can purchase tickets or just hang out with coffee or get cocktails at the restaurant bar. There is also a new little bungalow for ski school.
Eagle Run Condos are composed of two bedroom and three bedroom models. The condominiums are stacked and the townhomes share just one common wall, but both are equally nice and room sizes are similar. Inside each unit is decorated slightly differently but all have similar amenities including full kitchens with cookware and dishes, fireplaces, cable TV and Internet or Wi-fi. 2 bedroom properties could sleep up to 6 people and 3 bedroom models up to 8 people if equipped with a sleeper sofa or aerobed.
Guests love Eagle Run as this side of Mammoth is much quieter than any other part of town or most other slopeside properties. All the units have access to the community spa and have underground parking, so there is no need to shovel snow. When you're ready to go to town, you can ride the free shuttle, or drive and it is about a mile to either Restaurant Row or to The Village.
